Who I Am

A builder, first.

Dallas, Texas. Operator turned owner. Investor with a founder's scars — and a longer game than the next return.

I spend my days building and backing companies across technology, real estate, healthcare and consumer brands — and the through-line has never changed: find something real, structure it so it lasts, and put my name on the outcome.

Today that means leading M Worldwide, a private investment firm that has assembled over a billion dollars of assets, and serving as a Senior Principal at Clearoute, the brand-and-technology consultancy that has guided category leaders like Sony, Walmart, Nestlé and Johnson & Johnson for more than twenty-five years.

"I don't chase hype. I engineer certainty — then build the kind of company people are proud to be part of."

Before the portfolio came the discipline: fifteen-plus years leading enterprise risk and technology at Wells Fargo, Mr. Cooper (Nationstar) and PwC, where I learned to see failure modes before they happen. Educated at SMU and UT Dallas, I still run every venture the same way — protect the downside first, then go win.

The First Venture

The most important startup.

Before I am a founder or investor, I am a husband and a father of six.

It is the largest and most consequential part of my days — and the truest test of everything I claim to believe about building things that last. A company, after all, is just a family that chose each other.

"My children are the real portfolio — and their values, their education and their future are the returns I care about most."

So I run the first venture the way I run the rest: with patience, with standards, and with a hundred-year time horizon. Everything on the pages that follow exists, in the end, to leave them — and the generation they belong to — a world with a little more dignity in it than the one I found.

Operating Doctrine

Three principles I never trade away.

The through-line across every company, every deal and every hire. They are the reason people bet on the next thing before they've seen it.

01

Truth over theater

Real markets, honest numbers, durable cash flow. I build businesses that would survive without the story — then make sure the story is worth telling.

02

Certainty by design

Fifteen years managing enterprise risk taught me that certainty is engineered, not hoped for. Every venture is structured to protect the downside first.

03

Goodness that compounds

From clean energy to global aid, I invest where profit and purpose reinforce each other. The most defensible businesses are the ones people are proud to build.

The Bigger Picture

Not just companies. A civilization worth building.

I believe the next great institutions won't be countries or corporations as we know them — they'll be borderless, technology-enabled communities built on dignity and trust. A digital nation-state for anyone, of any background, who wants to build a better life. That is the work behind the work.

The Portfolio

Companies built to endure.

A private investment firm, a global consultancy, a flagship summit, a social enterprise, and ventures in energy, real estate, healthcare and technology — active and exited.

Recognition & Reach

Trusted by brands. Recognized where it counts.

Across the portfolio, my teams have served — and been recognized by — some of the most demanding organizations in the world.

Questions

The things people ask.

Who is Omar Abdalla?
A Dallas-based founder and investor. I'm Managing Partner of M Worldwide, a private investment firm that has assembled over $1B of real estate, healthcare, technology and consumer packaged goods companies, and Senior Principal at Clearoute, a 25+ year brand, marketing and technology consultancy. I've exited five companies with a combined valuation exceeding $250 million — and above all, I'm a husband and father of six.
What is your vision?
To build an ethical economic powerhouse — a borderless, technology-enabled network of companies and institutions that serve people across every background, class and identity. I believe technology should ennoble people rather than diminish them, and that the most durable institutions of the future will be built on dignity and trust. Read the full vision →
What companies are you behind?
M Worldwide, Clearoute, Goood Payments, Thrive Summit, Good Gifts, Teknowledgely, Serene Global and Good Faith Energy — plus companies I've built and exited, including WellHealth, GoGetTested and Link Marketing Studio. See the portfolio →
What do you invest in?
Ethical, cash-flowing, technology-enabled businesses across technology, real estate, healthcare, financial services and consumer brands — companies that protect the downside and compound over time.
Does Omar Abdalla invest in or fund companies?
Yes. Through M Worldwide I back and co-invest in founders across technology, real estate, healthcare, financial services and consumer brands — from early conviction bets to later-stage capital. If you're raising and building something real, start a conversation.
Can you help me scale or partner on my company?
That's the work. Between M Worldwide's capital and Clearoute's 25+ years of brand, marketing and technology, I partner with founders and operators to scale companies — strategy, growth, capital and the discipline to protect the downside while you move fast. Tell me what you're building →
How can I work with you?
Partnership, investment, media and speaking inquiries can be submitted through the contact page. Serious founders and investors get a real response.

Let's build something that lasts.

Whether you're a founder with something real, an investor who wants access to what I'm assembling, or a producer looking for a voice with substance — this is the way in.
